1. Purpose and Status of This Policy
This Health & Safety Policy sets out the approach taken by ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED to health and safety matters in connection with its recruitment and labour supply activities.
The purpose of this policy is to describe how the Company discharges its duties as a labour supplier under applicable UK health and safety legislation and how it cooperates with clients and workers to promote safe working practices.
This policy is published for transparency and does not constitute a contract of employment or a guarantee of any particular working arrangement.

This policy applies across all sectors in which the Company operates, including construction, security, industrial and logistics environments.
4. General Statement of Commitment
ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED is committed to promoting safe working practices and to cooperating with clients and workers to reduce the risk of injury, illness or harm.
The Company recognises that it does not control client workplaces and that primary responsibility for workplace safety rests with the client. However, the Company accepts its responsibilities as a labour supplier and takes reasonable steps to ensure workers are suitable for the roles to which they are assigned.
5. Allocation of Responsibilities
5.1 Responsibilities of ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED
The Company is responsible for:

Taking reasonable steps to assess the suitability of workers for the roles supplied

Providing general health and safety information relevant to the type of work being undertaken

Communicating relevant health and safety information provided by clients to workers prior to placement where practicable

Cooperating with clients in relation to health and safety matters

Responding appropriately to reported incidents, hazards or concerns
The Company does not undertake site-specific risk assessments unless expressly agreed in writing.
5.2 Responsibilities of Clients
Clients are responsible for:

Providing a safe working environment

Conducting suitable and sufficient risk assessments

Providing site-specific inductions and training

Supplying appropriate personal protective equipment where required

Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation
Clients are expected to inform the Company of any hazards, incidents or changes to working conditions that may affect worker safety.
5.3 Responsibilities of Workers
Workers supplied by the Company are responsible for:

Taking reasonable care for their own health and safety

Following all site rules, procedures and instructions

Using work equipment and personal protective equipment correctly

Attending required inductions and training

Reporting hazards, accidents or near misses promptly
Failure to comply with health and safety requirements may result in suspension or termination of assignment.
6. Worker Suitability and Placement
ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED seeks to ensure that workers are suitable for the roles to which they are supplied, taking into account experience, qualifications and role requirements.
Workers are not knowingly supplied to roles for which they are clearly unsuitable or unqualified.
The Company relies on accurate information from clients regarding role requirements and working conditions.
7. Induction and Training
Clients are responsible for providing site-specific inductions and training.
Workers are expected to participate fully in inductions and to comply with all instructions provided.
The Company does not provide task-specific training unless expressly agreed.
8. Personal Protective Equipment
Responsibility for providing personal protective equipment depends on the nature of the assignment and client arrangements.
Clients are expected to provide PPE where required by law or site rules, unless otherwise agreed.
Workers are responsible for using PPE correctly and reporting defects or issues promptly.
9. Accident and Incident Reporting
Workers are instructed to report any accidents, injuries, near misses or dangerous occurrences immediately to site management.
Where appropriate, incidents should also be reported to ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED so that the Company can cooperate with any investigation and take reasonable steps to prevent recurrence.
The Company will cooperate with clients and relevant authorities in relation to reportable incidents under RIDDOR.
10. Unsafe Conditions and Work Refusal
Workers are encouraged to raise concerns regarding unsafe conditions without fear of detriment.
Where a worker reasonably believes that a situation presents serious and imminent danger, they are expected to remove themselves from the situation and report the concern immediately.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or withdraw supply where serious safety concerns arise.
11. Monitoring and Review
The Company monitors health and safety matters through communication with clients and workers.
Where recurring issues are identified, the Company may review its approach to supply or seek further assurances from clients.
This policy is reviewed periodically and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation or operational practice.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
ALWAYS RECRUITING LIMITED does not assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of client workplaces.
Nothing in this policy is intended to transfer legal responsibility for workplace safety from the client to the Company where such responsibility properly rests with the client under law.
